RECOMMENDATIONS - REQUESTS
- Admin setting to configure the range of push and pull of resources
- When looking at an item you want to craft (in your inventory or in a bench) have a button to pull resources. Replace that dame take all from our crafting benches. LOL.. Alternatively maybe right click, Shift+Ctrl+Click on the items you want to craft will automatically pull the required resources.
- Instead of having to make a huge menu with all of the different resources. Would it be easier to have the Alter's resource type be set to the first item you put in it? You could then use radial menu to empty and clear the resource type.

A way to flag crafting stations to receive resources. If not able to do this with existing benches/tanner/smelter.. have a special ones we can craft Smelting Altar, Cooking Altar, Altar Press, etc.

The idea I had to cover several of the ideas here was a new crafting station that would look for nearby stations & thralls, and then let you craft anything they would while also pulling resources from dedicated storage nearby.

My initial tries at modifying the crafting UI to add a new button was difficult as some of the info needed (recipes being shown, which one was selected) was elusive. Some of that logic is done in the C++ and not in the Unreal moddable space. It may be possible -- I think making a new crafting interface via a new station will be easier to control.

Snapping them like they in S+ for Ark is something I want to try and figure out, will add to my list.
The radius for resource push is already a configurable value flag within the mod -- I can expose to the user somehow; likely a side-panel menu like Thrall Wars & only editable with Admin privs.

For setting the resource of the DS Altar to the first item added; how would you like the interface to work for adding an item?

@ArseNacho Thank you for the response. Sorry for my delayed reply.

The new crafting station sounds like a good idea. Especially if you can get it to give the same speed and crafting discounts for the crafting thralls near by or installed.

The idea for setting the resource type in a DS Altar is no specific request on my part. I was just mentioning the idea in case it would be easier for you to program versus making the large resource list.

And again. Thank you for making the mod.

Add a way for server admin to add to the storage list of items. Maybe using ModControlPanel?

If adding a button is elusive, could you make it so when the crafting table checks it's own inventory for required items, that it instead checks containers in a area.

I am so glad to have found this. As someone that can't play Ark without Ark Automated and OCD vaults, this is heaven sent. a ModControlPanel interface would be amazing for fine tuning to personal preference.

It would be nice if you could alphabetize or otherwise sort the list on the intake merchant.

add crates objects as an option instead of only alters. But great mod!

Can you please add an automatic resource pull option where when we are crafting in our backpack or in a bench we can click what we are crafting and the push a button to pull the resources we need if we are in range?

If you could find a way to work with the Unlock Plus mod to have the resource pulling feature be compatible with the dedicated storage mod, you would be a serious hero. If the two of them could work together, total resource management would be complete. I think their resource pull doesn’t recognize your storage system because you don’t use inventory slots. But maybe you guys could work with the modder for that mod to find a way to make them compatible with each other? Please pretty please! 🥺
