Try this good tool if you don't have any other recording tool.It has free version and easy to use.

The font licensing is complicated, I experienced some troubles about using non-free font.
For example, MS limits their font use ( https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/typography/fonts/font-faq ). In other examples, Chinese ZPix font includes Sharp Corporation's commercial SH-G30 font (maybe without their permission). Illegal usage does not improve the image of the mod and game.
BMFont can choose the Font descriptor by xml format from "Export Options". You may notice the similarity with the exported file and Noita font descriptor of "Steam/steamapps/common/Noita/data/fonts/font_pixel.xml". And you can see the definition of font path on "Steam/steamapps/common/Noita/data/translations/en.xml". It can be understood to modify them.
