I made the first-prototype up with IPix font which provided from 黑羽夜风Night Wind.
IPix font might be good looking at 16-pixel or bigger (as Entering message) but the shape of 9-pixel scale font (as Wand information) is difficult to read I think.
Are Chinese gamers acceptable for the 9-pixel font?

Thank you for your great job.Easy to read is the first.If not Id rather not change
and if you don't mind.could you please recording the computer screen about making process when you use BMFont to transfer to TTF font.It will not take you extra work. I really want to learn how to make this.Because I have another different font which need to transfer to png too. This font is not license free so I can't send to you.sorry for that.
Try this good tool if you don't have any other recording tool.It has free version and easy to use.

I understand your enthusiasm of learning, but I have something in my mind. That's why you have a plan to make a mod with not license-free font.
The font licensing is complicated, I experienced some troubles about using non-free font.
For example, MS limits their font use ( https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/typography/fonts/font-faq ). In other examples, Chinese ZPix font includes Sharp Corporation's commercial SH-G30 font (maybe without their permission). Illegal usage does not improve the image of the mod and game.

I think you know the right usage of your font, I explain the relation of Noita font definition in general view.
BMFont can choose the Font descriptor by xml format from "Export Options". You may notice the similarity with the exported file and Noita font descriptor of "Steam/steamapps/common/Noita/data/fonts/font_pixel.xml". And you can see the definition of font path on "Steam/steamapps/common/Noita/data/translations/en.xml". It can be understood to modify them.

Yes I know the right usage and I know the difference between commercial use,personal use and license free.And sorry for not mention that I already get authorized for that font ,so don't worry about it :) For the BMFont export option.Yes I click the export to xml and png. But I don't check the content difference between official one and my export file.I thought official font is in BIN format I will have a look at official xml content at first.
and I learned another way to do that.If modify font is allowed.I am checking the detail about font license to find out whether modify the font is allowed or not.
