can you please make the popups at start one time per save? annoying to see them at every start, especially when you do mod something and you have to restat the game often

I somehow could not see a notification about this...

Still, at this moment, I have removed the SirNukes announcement in the latest GitHub/Nexus version. For Steam, because of the bit of procedure required to upload mods, I prefer the updates come a bit later.
