In the most recent update (v0.100) I've added custom launcher graphics. These must be manually installed to function, per the mod's description.

Based on my poking around it should also be possible to mod the launcher further, but most avenues of doing so appear to be either illegal (modifying the exe directly), or legal but very high overhead unless you're experienced with doing them already (quite complex for simple changes), so I'm not going to focus on those changes anytime soon, if ever.

In the meantime, enjoy the custom graphics. I think having the experience change right from the moment the game is launched is really important to provide the complete Fall of Nations experience. If you have any feedback on the launcher (good / bad / bugs), please let me know.
