Doesn't working
I Loaded this mod on top and nothing changes. Doesn't affect on anything.

English is broken.

Anyway, try restarting the game and updating workshop.

Wow, it took me too long to see this thread. I wish you simply left a comment...

Sorry if the screenshots are a bit misleading. This mod only makes it so the terrain isn't changed when you place buildings (normally, the game automatically flattens the ground under them).

To actually be able to build on those crazy places, like over rivers and inside mountains, you also need this mod:
