How to add an Entry to the exchange shop and how to edit entrys.
Open the customize exchange shop menu from your inventory. On the right at the first field copy or enter a Item blueprintpath then enter a Quantity and cost and hit safe changes.

To edit an entry chose it from the left side and do you editing at the right and hit save.

Is it possible to add the quality. ATM I can only add primitive weapons etc

There is no keybind for the gamble game. All menus can be opened with buttons in the inventory screen.
