help to custom save directory

Please help me, when I insert the custom save directory (absolute path \server\Ksm) when I change the map everything freezes and comes out with the message outgoing reiable buffer owerflow. how can I fix it?

we play on a cluster and would need to share coins across all maps.
with a single directory for all the maps we thought we could solve it
