This mode is broken for me, all names of buildings, origin and etc. is broken, (for me it looks like pc_scrin_homeworld etc.) also tiberium icons are broken, there just error icons. Sorry for my English

Tiberium cannot be traded after the Galaxy Market is established.

There seems to be a black box behind the Overseer portrait and its particle effects for some reason.

That's normal. It's just the old extradimensional animation background mesh. I think the developers did something to it when they made the switch to the new ones because I don't remember seeing this appear before, but I can't say. Also, I can't remove the black box without removing the entire animation effect, so I can't change it.
