Insanity
Debilitating telepathic attack that can inflict different negative conditions, including mental control of the target
Sergeant
Schism
Insanity now does a small amount of guaranteed damage (2-4), and applies Rupture to the target.
Lieutenant
Inspire
Grant a bonus action immediately to a nearby squadmate.
Captain
Soulmerge
A mix between Inspire and Holy Warrior, give an action to an ally and boost their offensive stats.
Major
Psi Reanimation
Raise a nearby humanoid corpse as a zombie. You can have several zombies at the same time.
Colonel
Domination
Permanently mind controls an enemy. Only one successful Domination can be performed per mission.
Brigadier
Mind Burst
Overloads a mind-controlled target's brain with Psionic energy until it bursts in a violent explosion. Deals Psionic damage equal to 15% of the target's Will stat to all targets within 4 tiles.

Teleport, similar to Avatar's teleport.

Soulsteal
Using Soulfire now heals you for half of the damage dealt.

Soul Storm
A close range ability with large area of effect that deals damage to enemies and destroys their cover
Major
Fuse
If an enemy is carrying explosives, they can be remotely detonated by the Psi Operative. No cooldown.
Colonel
Null Lance
Project a beam of psionic energy that damages every target it passes through.
Brigadier
Void Rift
A large AoE ability dealing moderate damage and a chance to inflict insanity on all targets in the storm.

Completely stuns the target for 1 turn, but renders them immune to any damage or attack.

The Psi Operative is immune to fire, poison, acid, and explosive damage.
Lieutenant
Stasis Shield
Stasis can be used on friendly units.
Captain
Solace
The Psi Operative is surrounded by an aura that immediately extinguishes or blocks any mental impairments for themselves and any nearby allies.
Major
Sustain
Once per mission, when the psionic soldier would be reduced to 0 hit points, he is instead reduced to 1 hit point and put into stasis for 1 turn.
Colonel
Bastion
Fortress now provides immunity to nearby teammates.
Brigadier
Nullward
Cover yourself and nearby allies with psionic shields, similar to ADVENT Shieldbearer's Energy Shield ability.
