1. Minor fixes - now all units are affected correctly by the red line buffs and the according hero buffs.
2. New building: Dark Battlement - Avalaible only in capitals & offer a +8 bonus to public order
3. City Dark Guards & City Watchers are now recruitable from Dark Battlements
