For Cult of Pleasure, control over Ulthuan objective is definitely too much for short victory. IMO it should be removed. I think that Morathi should always be required to destroy Har Ganeth, while the destruction of other factions listed in the objectives (Exiles of Nehek, Nagarythe, Clan Rictus, Avelorn) could be changed to the destruction of at least 3 of them. That way it won't be such a slog and the campaign will have a bit different focus than Malekith's.
Har Graef - again, for short victory control over Ulthuan is too much. This objective should be replaced with control over Avelorn's capital. Hellebron should always be required to destroy Avelorn, but only 2 of the following factions: Ghrond, Cult of Pleasure, Nagarythe.
For long victory, IMO destruction of Bretonnia should be cut. It seems random.
I also think that changes to Blessed Dread should be copied here for clarity.
