Why is short victory focusing solely on Empire? Why not key provinces of major threats?

Mainly because it is mean to be short.

I have been checking this. I still find it not focused enough. Also, having to destroy Couronne or Reikland can also go really long. Do not mind about the WE.

Also, what about the Long Campaign?
