Imrik's control Western Badlands objective seems super random, I think that it should be removed.

The rest looks pretty good :).

I just have abandoned the Ethaine campaign. Too long and grindy for me. Destroying Naggarond for the Short Victory is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ grindy, I already have all the LV conditions done but Naggarond is just too big and too slow. And they have 22 settlements left.

I am thinking about updating all the Short Victory conditions to replace destroying main factions by defeating their main lord or conquering their capital. It is just not fun if they start to confederate as they always do.

the only problem I had in my Tyrion campaign was that when Naggarond fiinally had like 1 Settlement left they confederated Malus on the other side of the map.. so I had to skip like 25 turns to get there with my armies ^^ but I don´t think you can do anything about that

Hey, man, I feel you. I was the one who voiced concerns about having to destroy BOTH Morathi and Malekith and proposed control Naggarond objective, remember? ;)

It all heavily depends on faction location and type. DE tend to be big and strong, so when you don't start near them, by the time you get to them, you will often face a blob.

BTW I heavily recommend checking out No Confederation and No AI Confederation mods. Depending on which faction you are playing, one if these can greatly improve the game and reduce the grind. I'm not a fan of confederations in most cases, because they make the game more boring and less flavourful. All these unique features of many factions are lost, there are fewer trade partners and less diplomatic options. When you confederate other LLs, you also end up with armies led by LLs most of the time, so you don't have opportunites to use various generic lord types (and there are many of them). I hope that in WH3 they improve vassals instead.

Will try. I always have hated that confederations always result in the same factions in the map, which is just boring in my opinion. If Naggarond has 1 Settlement / 65 Power Level and Cult of Pleasure has 10 Settlements / 12 Power Level, a confederation should result in the Cult of Pleasure being a bigger faction. I do not care about the "loreful leader".

Control Naggarond and wound Malekith (Archaon-style) for SV Lothern wouldn't be a bad option IMO.
