About AI

The description says that there is a function to disable the use of this mod by the AI, but in the settings there are 2 untranslated functions with machine code, which one should I choose? I just chose NO instead of YES and still the AI uses these functions

Also, why do I stop being the leader of the alliance after peace is concluded? what's the logic?
