They should add a worm like thing that has a needle like tongue that sticks in breaches and can pull you out. Imagine walking down a hallway and then you get ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ harpooned out

yeah there are alredy some monsters in xan like the coelanth which alredy would do that if modding allowed for such a thing
