What is new?
642 Dark Ages upgraded to 634 Fire & Swords. Here are the most important differences:

1. More factions are playable, all exept Lazica & Alan Hordes (no space on frontend left)
2. ERE has 2 Exarchates
3. Gewisse (Wessex) are in game
4. The Muslims got the Hun Scripts
5. Some dynamic faction renamers
6. More civilized Barbarians are only able to build Roman towns
7. and have Roman fields
8. and have a military recruitment building
9. Barbarians have a new military port "light". They need to conquer a non barbarian military port to build roman ships
10. AI recruits more cavalry, so less spear spam and more exciting battles
11. Some Last Roman and AoC generals are in game
12. More buildinges are named in old languages (renamer mod to modern english available)
13. All frontend faction leaders are ingame, on map, in battle and in family tree
14. Some changes for AI will make the game more interesting
15. Supply system is optional, reworked and separated from 634 main game
16. Provinces are renamed as accurate as possible
17. Turk tribes got a real Turk/Oldturk name setting
18. AoC Byzantine name setting is overhauled in game

19. Byzantine units, desert defectors & 5 celtic bow units are reskinned. I started with reskinning the Muslim units.

Hi Anisvara! Thank you for this interesting mod. I myself have been experiencing difficulties with bugs. The Arab Caliphate can't build religious buildings... No mosques can be built...

Even worse, Arabs start eastern christian... And can't convert to islam because it doesn't exist as a religion... I'm I missing something?

@sahinberg - no, most units have Vanilla stats, only some units are new ballanced. No problem for Attila players. Everybody should be directly in the game. I do not like surprises.

Hello, this is a great mod, but it has been super immersion breaking whenever a faction named "Hizb ut Tahrir" appears in Italy for no reason in the first few turns without Islam having even spread to that part of the world yet. Does anyone know how to fix this? Cheers

@Muhammad Stalin ibn Communism - with the current update from today I took them out of Rhegium. You were absolutely right! A new campaign is necessary, cause it is a startposition change.

Many thanks, give all mods you use a like in Steam. I continue. I am working on an AD 919 mod on AC map. The public release will be soon, in about one month, maybe we need a bit longer. :Saxon:
