Edit: Just seen your video, the light is designed for Volumetric lighting in the graphics settings. I've built the map in mind for this effect.
#using scripts\zm\_zm_perks;
#insert scripts\zm\_zm_perks.gsh;
and
level zm_perks::spare_change();
Along with the trigger multiple. I did try editing the _zm_perks file and changed from 100 to 50 but that did nothing lol (I know it's not a proper fix). Do you know which method you used? Thanks for the info :)
