Have you checked if there is other addons you have that could conflict with this addon? The file path for the weapon model could clash if it shares the same name with models from other addons in the same directory, causing the game to not load the model.

Alternatively, have you tried uninstalling and resubscribing to see if it was not a corrupted install?

downloaded it again and still is an error, it could be a problem with
"Military SNPCS -Soviet Union" but im not sure, the ppsh-41 looks right so i dont think is a conflict with another addon

I have updated the addon, I changed the file name and path of some weapon models to prevent possible conflicts with other addons.

Please do let me know if it works for you now.

The shotgun sends ragdoll flying back at close range, this isnt a bug, but i was wondering if you could tweak something to fix it (also, sorry if the english is a bit broken)

Did you mean that NPCs that die from the shotgun blast get thrown back a ways away like in a cartoon?

Right, so I fixed it. It was an oversight since I didn't take into account of how the shotgun pellets are considered as individual shots by the game engine.

Since the trenchgun shoots 9 shots at the same time, the combined physical force of the shot is 10x stronger than other weapon types if all pellets hit, so now you know why the ragdolls simply just fly away when they die. lol

I don't know if you've realized this but the weapon firing sounds are louder on the left speaker than they are on the right. This is because DOD:S uses the left and right channels for close and far fire.

You'll need to take all the weapon fire sounds, split them into mono, and delete the right channel since those are post to be the distant sounds.

Huh. I'll definitely look into it, thanks for explaining it and bringing it to my attention.

I have never perceived any difference in sound loudness on my end though, maybe my PC is just different?

Well, I did as you recommended and pushed out a fix. Everything should be good now.
