Arcane Generator for Alterson Districts
I see you are puzzled about adding Arcane Generator on Alderson Disk. I'm no expert on this but AFAIK, you have to create init_effect and add command "add_deposit = d_arcane_generator" in there.

Or, you can check this mod of PrinceJohns (or PJS), he adds a lot of systems, many including codes for generating arcane generator, which worked.

Or if you wish, I can share this lovely txt file editing arcane generator made this a reality (it also includes districts from several mods I used too, and the txt file was originally from another mod by PJS called Megastructure Overhaul).

I managed to get the strategic resources on there with an event, it sure would have been nice if I could have done that on the planet init without something overriding it though.

How about creating unique deposits for your mod and generating it on the slices? This doesn't need to overwrite vanilla files AFAIK.

No vanilla files are being overwritten, and that's what this is doing now, only problem is I can't get it to not generate for non-alderson disk origins, it still is player-only thankfully though.
