Minor bugs
At the start when i click on the male nerd the text says "You look like a nerdette", and vice versa for the femal being just a "Nerd". On "The night club job" the second wave of antagonsts is one functional enemy and 3-4 non-interactive images of guys that look like they're in mid flight, they have speech bubbles when they appear saying things like "Give us back the briefcase!". After winning the exit is accessable and everything, but the glitchy guys stick around. I thought you might want to know about those. Great job on this by the way, it's really fun and inventive!

maybe this is a major bug. boots up to black screen.

before new version would get to computer in Chang's, then Morte would put me into a never ending sleep ... aka permanent black screen.

GGwaters, you need to have your dependencies all downloaded, and make sure to check to see if any were added since last update! I had the same issue...just didn't subscribe to all the necessary UGC packages!

I do have a bug to report. The "Recombinators" area loads WAAAY slow. Takes like ~5 minutes to load up the map! And then it's a bit jerky and choppy for another half-minute to a minute or so after that.
The Dogfighting deal in Recombinators is also very glitchy. Doesn't end combat mode after the fight ends -- you should remove those actors from the scene after the fight is over.

Encoutnered same problem with the Recombinators. First attempt, one guy just run off the map for no reason. Then after the fight was "over" I was kept in combat. Second attempt, killed everyone again - no runaway this time - but still after everything is dead I still get stuck in combat. Not sure what to do.

On with the same problem. I used the taxi to exit the area since there was no way to progress. I came back and this time Storm wasn't there to help and all the mobs had respawned.

Hi guys! Just got back from a ski trip to see Kill-City back on Steam. ! I'm just going through all the feedback. Thanks for the bug reports, can and will fix all these up. As you can see the game is and complex so there are lots of little bugs, but am devoted to squashing them. Will have a new bug-fix version go up in a day or two.

One important thing I will mention right now, as it isn't obivious in the game enough (will be adding more pointers and messages) , is that once you take out a base, and kill every one, you can move into that base by using the base computer (each faction bas has one). If you don't take over the base, in the current version (through the cab choice "I want to visit old ground..." ), when you go back it'll just be empty, and you can move in whenever you like. If however you move in, then move to another base later, the enemies will respawn there.

Hi guys, just an update. Putting out v107 tomorrow night, will have a lot of bug fixes, and will hopefully fix all the problems above. Did fix the Recombinators map last night.

New version up! Though tbh not 100% about the Recombinators. It is working okay for me, but I think I may have pushed the memory too far. If it crashes pls let me know.

I've been reading everyone's comments and I'm REALLY keen to play, but as with a few others, when I try to it boots to black screen with theme music playing and cursor. I have checked and all of the dependencies are loaded, so any ideas what else may be causing the problem?
Do you use new player or load one?

Didn't even get a chance to choose. I'm guessing that the black screen that I'm dealing with is probably the character creation or import screen.
Hm...corrupted save files caused this for me in other modules...Luckily I knew which were corrupted, or had use of "interfering dependencies," and basically just trying to read a character bugged something out. But I'unno on your part then, man. Hope you get it working, the game's pretty fun! And y'know, Detroit's pretty brutal and all.

Philsco, thanks for the help. Decided to remove Kill City and all the dependencies and then reinstall and hey, it WORKED, just started playing and already impressed!
