The black umbrella is actually not supposed to be in the mod anymore, it's more of a dev item at the moment.

Just a warning, this mod is dormant at the moment. I do plan to come back and finish it eventually but I just haven't yet. I can give you access to a beta I had a few months ago if you'd like though, it has all sorts of new features, like new hat abilities and the like.
