Cutebolds can have kids and can spawn with a different Xenotype than normal (though they don't look different.) I'll be working on getting stuff working better shortly now that I am playing again.

A future patch will be increasing young cutebold's progress to the next growth tier substantially, doubling their rate compared to humans (as of my current test build).
