BTW did you move the Pegasus Knights to the Questing Vow?
About Peg Knights - Yea, that's me. I just liked it better in WH1 when Questing vow didn't unlock only one unit :)
Would posting the modlist be helpful in any way?
If your first battle vs WE already caused trouble - that sounds quite suspicious to me... Whatever's wrong, there are probably more bugs to come. Don't ruin your campaign with intentional testing (it kills the vibe!), but if you want to snoop around for bugs maybe start some ultra easy campaign with Louen or Alberic, throw in some cheat mod and go kick stuff around. At least that's how I do QA ;-)

My current assumption is that you have some limited compatibility problem. Let's say an ai mod that says daith is not WE culture for some reason, so the vow won't trigger after killing him, but that doesn't override the vow script in general so Louen still starts with all of his vows. Problem is that also after a deep dive into your modlist I still have no idea what the incompatibility could be...
I think we will need to put some effort in if we want to figure this out. I'm interested because I want to give people an accurate compatibility disclaimer (and be sure it's not a bug on my part...), but I understand if that's not a priority for you. So if you have time - make some tests and see when the mod works or doesn't work. Getting a fuller picture will help me a lot.
Construction vow works. Occupation ones seem to work as well.
I would be interested to know what's your mod setup that's supposed to work 100% bug free so I can test this when I find some time.
