My game plays just fine but i think i found a bug.. I bild a Substrate Borg Machining Station and Q up a Nanoprobe Injector Whip and the pown makeing it seas it is makeing a Borg Advanced Disruptor and a Borg Advanced Disruptor is what comes out.. and it seams i cant place a Hi-tech Research Bench i looked in Development Mode and still dont see it.
