How did you changed npc texture??
idk if you changed textures, i didn't played on this map. I checked content file and i saw 5 custom combine texture.

I used a program(pakrat) to pack in the models and textures into the map's .bsp file. Doing so prevents the textures from contaminating your gmod outside of the map.

is there a way to change combine soldier's texture? Not replacement. I want combine soldiers to have different texture when they spawn on my map.
i know that you can change models with "modelindex (modelname)" but it doesn't works perfectly,

Well if you want combine to have different textures on your map specifically then you will have to use pakrat[www.tophattwaffle.com](or VIDE[www.tophattwaffle.com]) and pack in a replacement texture for the combine, or you can use a custom model for the soldiers with its own bodygroups(this is what I did on the map).[cdn.discordapp.com]

Where do I put the file at? When I put it in addons, it doesn't appear in the spawnlist.

Putting the file inside the archive into your addons should work.

Don't put the archive itself in the addons folder.
