Combine Not Spawning

I pressed the button that is supposed to spawn the Combine, but it doesn't, it just plays the Overwatch Alert Voice and nothing after that.

Or stop using addons that force change models via script or addons that alter the behavior of npcs. So far those are the only culprits I've found that causes this exact issue.

I don't have any addons that replace the combine, only the zombie ones

I edited the post but do you use any addons that alter the npc behavior? iNPC would be an example.
