Keycard

Does anyone know where the keycard for the terminal is? Do i have to kill a certain combine?

There's an engineer that spawns on the 3rd or 4th wave that drops a card on death. If you were unable to recover that one, one will appear in the gas station after 1 minute of killing the engineer.

There's also a secret room that has a card in it as well.
