Played a quick campaign with Nakai and it is kind of ♥♥♥♥♥♥. However, I do not know how to make that faction fun. Destroying Norsca is so hard as an horde and takes too long, not even considering the Vampire Counts.

Some suggestions after recent campaigns:

1. Skryre: remove Athel Loren provinces from corruption requirements both for SV and LV. Corruption for Skaven has been changed in recent patches. Athel Loren provinces are all red climate for Skryre, so it's not too fun to enforce these objectives, especially since it's mostly just waiting for the corruption meter to go up in the hellhole called Athel Loren.
2. Skryre: add a new objective - sack or raze Oak of Ages for both SV and LV. Much more fun and thematic IMO.
3. Skryre: add minor WE Athel Loren factions to the destroy factions list for both SV and LV. Durthu and Orion are already there. The two remaining WE factions are not. Again, destroying the WE is much more fun and thematic than the corruption stuff IMO.
4. The Last Defenders: remove the Heart of Jungle province from the control list for SV. I don't even remember why it's there. Not really necessary for SV IMO. Kroq-Gar has mostly north-east focus for SV, so this one just seems random.
5. For Cult of Pleasure's SV, Clan Rictus should be replaced with Hexoatl in the destroy faction list. Morathi's lore encourages her conflict with the Lizardmen more. Besides, Clan Rictus sometimes become the ally of Malekith's and this can annoyingly complicate the SV. For LV it's fine.
6. I think that some parts of The Drowned faction's VCs are not great, i.e. the control of ports in Ulthuan (SV) or the whole Ulthuan (LV). Cylostra wants to sink Ulthuan, not necessarily to control it. Her destroy faction lists already cover her beef with the HE and her landmark requirements already require her to control Lothern. The rest should be more flexible and piratey. However, her beef with the Bretonnians is not represented in any shape or form. Therefore, my proposals:
- remove Ulthuan ports from the control list for SV
- remove Ulthuan provinces from the control list for LV
- add sack or raze Hexoatl for SV and LV (the Lizards are even explicitly mentioned in the campaign's introduction)
- add sack or raze White Tower of Hoeth, Vaul's Anvil and Tor Elyr for SV and LV
- add sack or raze Lyonesse, Couronne and Bordelaux for LV
7. Change Kemmelr's build 3 Necromancer's Towers objective to build 3 Necromancer's Towers or Forbidden Libraries for SV. Necromancer's Towers are tier 5 which means that it takes far too long for SV-purposes, as growth requirements for tier 5 cities are higher than they used to be. Forbidden Libraries are tier 4 which is acceptable.

as Cult of Sotek, for short campaign is needed to build 3-times Crimson Pyramid of Sotek and it also asks for Blood Shrines of Sotek 3-times which is lower level of Pyramid, even when i have build both (tier 4 & 5) it still doesn't count somehow ,so i can't finish the campaign (played 31.9.2021)

Some Lizardmen VC are bugged. I built way more than Temple-cities or Geomantic Spire than required, and I still won't get the victory screen

Hi guys. Finally working on the mod again. I will release a full rework for ALL FACTIONS as soon as possible. So far I have done 7 races (all from TW:W1), but all of this will be fixed when the new changes are introduced for the TW:W2 factions.

I am just a human, I work a lot of hours in my actual job and I have almost no time for myself. This is an extra effort I am putting right now to close the game and prepare everything for TW:W3. Keep that in mind.

Looks like Belegar Ironhammer conditions do not work in the latest version. I started a new campaign but it still shows vanilla victory conditions. I checked few other lords like Tyrion and it worked fine for them.

Tested. The second Route works, the first route does not. That means there is some bug in the code there, I will add it to the list.

'Ardboyz / Grimgor victory conditions initially show as vanilla for me, but when switching back between chapters and victory conditions, the Routes appear. This happens each time I open the objective menu on the campaign map.

Another playthrough of Bretonnia as Couronne didn't have the same problem.

Not sure if game breaking, but somewhat annoying all the same!

I will check but it is usually a random bug I have no control of.

All faction victory conditions are modifyed using the same API and the change is aplied when loading the first campaign, so I never understood the visual error.

Ah fair enough - I wasn't highly concerned, but thought I would flag all the same.

I'll continue to play test a variety of factions. Great stuff btw - a must-have mod!

Tyrion campaign route 2 can be won without actually beating the dark elves depending on how they confederate in Mortal Empires. I am using Erynn's SFO mod collection if that helps. I think there are 4 dark elf factions that need to be destroyed but due to confederation they all got confederated by a different dark elf faction and thus were destroyed.

All factions were technically destroyed because a different faction confederated all of them to clarify
