Pretty damn annoying right? So who can use this? Must be a hero specific right?...
NOPE! ANY F***ING 2 STAR HARPY THAT HAPPENS TO COME YOUR WAY
Late game these F***ers can show up as barbarians so basically encampments become f***ing minefields that F*** up your whole nation for 4 turns. Actually gamebreakingly strong. I happened upon 3 harpies in like 12 turns and my units are deserting, rebellions are destroying my improvements and my economy is 80 in the negative. In case you couldn't figure out by the swears and caps, this is infuriating.
