For those confused on how to obtain certain victories.

Once you pick an alignment, your Victory path is locked. You are stuck with either that alignment victory or the Magic Victory.

Good Victory
Complete all the Good Alignment beliefs through spending Divine Favor
Get enough cities to Level 3 through having enough Citizens
Be allies with (or take over) all 5 Good Cult Centers
Lathander, Mystra, Selûne, Torm, Tyr

Neutral Victory
Complete all the Neutral Alignment beliefs through spending Divine Favor

Evil Victory
Complete all the Evil Alignment beliefs through spending Divine Favor
To be added later

Magic Victory
Complete any 4 schools of Magic
After completing 4 schools of magic, obtain 1500 extra Weave
Take over Mystra's Cult Center (Actually annex it) and Mystra herself shows up to stop you.
Kill her to win.
