It would be awesome if you can schedule and start that Skygard stream separated and keep it in your channel for people to watch it later. So I can proudly put that link into description. ^^
Edit: By the way like I said in mod's description, it's a slow-paced gameplay experience if you don't rush, so be ready to chill and let the game span years to years.
I also have a couple of question for you. That Sword of the Gods represents the Collage of Winterhold from Skyrim which I believe is a nice touch for the clan there. Do you think it was too easy to kill the enemies and capture it? Also I know the map is massive and it's really hard to achieve domination victory (that's why I'd like to reduce the value of rival clans needed to be destroyed by half but the game doesn't allow me to do it) but do you think it should be smaller?
Are the spawns static or randomised? if theyre static then Boar should not spawn by the sword as their lore is boosted anyway, so way too easy to win by lore without even killing a dragon. Yellow clan (can't remember who they are) had a very hard time being locked in land, good potential to block them in easily. i know you're probably going for the skyrim map locations for spawns but tbh t would be fine if everyone had a edge of map start.
I don't know what the game allows you to do and not to do in the editor but honestly i can imagine you've done all you can with the tools provided. great map but defo some tweeks can be made.
Yeah I think Whiterun (Horse clan) and Solitude (Wolf clan) needs some love, I'll try to make their start easier. It was Markarth (Goat clan) who wasn't able to grow before but I tried to help them and now they seem to be okay. Winterhold (Boar clan) supposed to be landlocked and have difficulties in every aspect except the Wisdom bonus they have thanks to Collage of Winterhold (Sword of the Gods) and Dawnstar (Raven clan) shouldn't be able to access the swamps by their west (visually not but technically) without walking around by the south of the swamp there. That's mainly because they already have enough shoreline for getting Trade victory around the same time with the other clan getting the Wisdom victory. So I had to nerf them otherwise you would win even before Year 806.
Unfortunately, the spawns are static for both clans and resources, I put every single of them by myself. So many options are locked unlike in base game like difficulty, even the clan colours though at least I could match them to Skyrim. Yeah with the clans being static I wanted to place them as in Skyrim. Whiterun (Horse clan) has actually a pretty good start thanks to tiles around them but the hostility got 'em quick. I'll try to reduce the lore point generation from the Sword of the Gods by half mainly because Boar is already have buffed in lore. The mod was really easy with the Medium hostility/difficulty, there should be something in between Medium and High because High is actually like Very High or Extreme. I'll try to balance this with increasing the food output from the buildings. Oh and I realised you guys were able to kill just one dragon at the endgame and that was just tribute to the mod. I think I also need to nerf their stats by like 20% or 30% if I can do. By the way I'm very sorry for putting your friends into a situation where they had to buy the DLCs. I didn't know people had to have them in order to play my mod. I haven't even add them as "Required DLC" on mod's Workshop page. It's the game forced them, it should be optional. They just shouldn't be able to pick Whiterun (Horse clan) and Riften (Snake clan) that's all. And unfortunately I already put all the free ones on the map so I had to choose a couple of DLC clans.
Riften is Snake mainly because the Thieves Guild is located there. I can change them to Ox or Dragon (that actually doesn't make sense since there wasn't slavery in Skyrim, we aren't in Morrowind after all, by the way that volcano was the Red Mountain and not in the middle of ocean but on an island where the map ends, there are plenty of off-map tiles as you saw xD). Almost every other clans except for Winterhold (Boar clan) and Dawnstar (Raven clan) had to be like this not only because the game forced me to make them static, but also their clan animals (Wolf, Stag, etc.) matches with their seals from Skyrim.
Edit: Wow that became a wall of text real quick.
