First of all, thank you for creating and sharing the Faustus with us. Great submarine!

I have some questions and comments about the shuttles, as they've been a source of trouble.

How do I edit the shuttles (Pantheon and Doran)? In the Submarine Editor, I don't see the ability to select them (but I do see the Faustus - I can edit it). In the Submarine Editor for Faustus when I click the + where either of the shuttles goes, the Editor says it can't find the Doran.sub file. I'd like to fix my issues with the shuttles myself, but I can't.

TLDR: make all parts in the shuttles repairable, and make it easy for bots to repair them.

The inability to fully repair the shuttles while out in the field is a problem. Both shuttles were docked when I was hit by a Black Moloch. it took out every device in the shuttles and in the Faustus. I was unable to fix certain parts of the shuttles, and I believe this is by design. There are several problems with the inability for me to fully repair the shuttles:

• (I play single player) my bots are constantly trying to repair the inaccessible/unrepairable components. This means they don't ever get to repairing some other critial components (e.g. the bottommost hatch of the Faustus), because they keey trying to get to the inaccessible/unrepairable components. This is quite bad when the Black Moloch strikes and all systems go down and my bots are stuck trying to repair something that's unrepairable.
  
• The bots never finish their repair job, so they never get to the lower priority jobs (e.g. priority is repair mechanical and then repair electrical and then clean up, so they never repair electrical or clean up).
  
• The bots spam my chat with "can't repair X" where X is one of the inaccessible/unrepairable components. This is distracting because now I'm constantly trying to figure out if they're talking about a real problem, or an issue with the shuttles that I can't do anything about.
  
• In the late game you may be forced to travel many hops without being able to dock at a working outpost, where you can pay to repair your shuttles. This magnifies the problems described above, because then I spend hours dealing with these issues, instead of just one hop.
  
• As a general comment, the bots frequently have trouble repairing even the repairable components in the shuttles, and I end up taking control to repair these things. This is an annoying distraction.
