I have discovered ALL but one of the Runic Armor Upgrade Notes. No, I did not spend all day checking ever ruin on the map. Yes, I did go into the Mod folder and discovered the spawn code for the Notes and spawned them in. The only note I was not able to uncover was Note #14. You spawn in the base page which you "consume" to reveal the Note. I spawned in 200 base page notes and could not get #14. It is listed in the Mod folder, so its lack of existence is for the mod devs to figure out, which I am not. I just know how to navigate the folders and decipher the files for the spawn codes. Here is the information you need for your guide.

What do we have to do, to get deeper in the desert? There is no oxygen mask or other stuff to craft, to not suffocate
