Report a translation problem
There have been no issues with vehicle in general and I even posted a screenshot on the PZ Discord yesterday on the latest version (v1.2) with Fili's military truck spawning in Salt Ridge with an M16 in the trunk on one test run.
The APC mod also works as another player posted a screenshot of an M113 they found yesterday.
Are you running a new game, or is this an existing game that has loaded in unvisited cells as this might be the cause
I've tried several new attempts, with various different settings and combinations of the listed mods to see if I could track down the conflict, but without success as yet.
Validating the files came up with four files being downloaded, but that didn't seem to fix the issue either.
Even when I use only the West Point Expansion with the cheat menu mod so I can move around in ghost mode doesn't help. For whatever reason, my game isn't spawning parked vehicles in the modified cells.
I did see several abandoned cars on the roads, however, so something is working
The run I was playing when I downloaded the West Point Expansion had the West Point Suburbs mod enabled. Since the two would obviously clash then I started a new game to have a quick look around the WPE.
I've yet to visit the WP suburbs area to see if it has vehicles (testing that next), but starting to wonder if the two are still conflicting, even though only one is ever enabled. Is that possible?
Edit: Had a look at the WP suburbs area, and even though vehicle spawn was set to 'high' it had none as well
Edit 2: Reinstalled Zomboid, and WP Expansion (version 1.3) but still no joy. No vehicles (with and without Used Car mod) are spawning for me in the expanded cells
Divide and conquer is the only way to figure out which of your mods is causing the issue.
Also, based on what you mentioned, if the WP Suburbs mod is disabled, it shouldn't interfere in anyway.

Me too, it's a very well put together map.
No success though. With only WPE 1.3 enabled and vehicle spawn set to high (no zombies), there were no vehicles on the new areas
Try checking the integrity of the game files via steam library and also try re-installing the game with latest b41 patch.
Im also assuming you are running a new game and not adding the map to an old save which may might cause these types of issues.
When I was studying the console log I found that the game wasn't loading the mod's spawnpoints.lua file. West Point Expansion, Xonic's Mega Mall, Fort Knox, West Point Suburbs, and Camp Hill all had the same thing happen when I tested them (no other mod was active during each test).
Only the four vanilla spawn locations for the player were available, and vehicles were spawning as normal on the vanilla map cells. I assumed that vehicle and player spawn locations were contained in the same file

I don't know. At the time, I also tried verifying then re-installing PZ, with no success. I posted on the PZ forums with the console logs, but there wasn't any useful help.
Yeah its weird, I deleted the game, reinstalled, even deleted my user data folder and the issue persists.
Switched to Build 40, and both Xonic's Mega Mall and WPE have spawnpoints available.
So whatever the problem is, it lies within the IWBUMS, and not the mods

Try it and see if it helps (I haven't checked yet myself)
