Bug? - Archaeo stacks causing brain shock?

IDK why, but I figured this indestructible, one-of-one implant would be resistant to EMPs. Not sure why it isn't. I don't use any brain implants that are vulnerable to EMP specifically because I don't want to introduce a new weakness. Is this intended behavior?
