Altered Carbon 2: ReSleeved
Bug: Ordering a pawn to implant a stack into an empty sleeve causes them to stand and do nothing.
It's almost certainly a mod conflict, just would like a hand working out what it is.
Checking the logs shows repeats of this warning:

I had a similar issue, it seemed to be some kind of medicine use mod conflict - after ticking "surgery uses best" on sleeves it fixed it.
