It's great Idea and Concept, but there are some issues(spelling fix + no more issues edit.).
so some of the Attacks are Inconsistent, such as Dash attack, for some reason the Cpu's can attack you during it, and forward air feels like it's a Strong attack, but it's not really. can Kill offstage but could use some buffs. I love the Concept of Changing Moveset, but the Half moon is kinda buggy, and jab has so low knockback that it can easily be Punished after using it. i'd love for these to get noticed and Hopefully Fixed or Changed in some sort of way that makes sense.

Update: after a while of not using this thing, I've came back and found the dash attack fixed, alongside other changes that are really nice, I'm no longer concerned about the fair, since it seems like it's kept what it was, and i'm perfectly fine with it now, and a lot of issues were fixed since I've been gone, so I would really recommend playing this character, it's a bit of a learning curve on some things(mainly an assumption, due to the way of changing the nspecial and fspecial.), but other than that, it's fun to play.
