As noted in a recent comment, using the ability to weave a short blade has locked up the ability to do anything, tried restarting the game on the off chance it helped and it didn't.

Returning and Dismissing both do nothing and the ability to create a new weapon is also locked up.

Kinda bummed me out cause I already spent a bit of time and points on the ability
