"in the options, tick "only modded tiles", then default tiles will no longer spawn"



After switching it to "modded tiles" you can click the "Load Apartments" button below it and that will load the new modded tile!


You'll need to make sure you only have one tile active in the "Show Mods UI" screen so that it loads the specific map.
