Surgeons Doing Nothing
Whenever a colonist tires to reprogram a prosthesis they just stand next to the patient doing nothing forever. Their action says "standing."

Tried with no other mods installed, just prostheses+, and the error is still occurring.

I've never seen anything like it. Could you provide more precise details? Does this happen with a specific prosthesis? Or do you see it everywhere? How exactly does a colonist fall into this state? Does he use items like medicine or components for surgery?
