That is okay, I am just glad you got back to me eventually :)
I just wish you had a Discord so I could join and contact you directly, I hate that Steam puts a limitation on me being able to put something in the comment section.
Hello, I have started a new game but these errors still occur(eben after redownloading the whole Core+ collection again, I make sure I try to update regularly with Rimpy.
Yet, I still have a lot of yellow errors from Prostheses+ (and other red ones I have sent to respective mod authors).

Good idea about discord. I think I will soon create my own channel.
Regarding the yellow notifications in the console. I checked again, I removed this defs from my mod. I think that one of your mods has a patch for my mod and it is outdated. Perhaps another mod is trying to access the defs I deleted.
The only one I can think of is maybe Xenobiotic patcher, is there anyway to find out who might patch your mod? Because other than that one I can't really think of anything honestly. I know these errors are harmless, but I try to keep my log clean for actual game-breaking errors.
In anycase, really appreciate the work you put in!
You can copy any of the def names listed in your console and search all your mods files. This can be done for example via notepad ++. It is worth noting that with a large number of mods, this can take a very long time. But this way you can find out which mods are using the def you need.
I didn't even know Hospitality had a patch for Prostheses+
Hospitality.HospitalityModBase:Hospitality.HospitalityModBase.DefsLoaded_Patch2(HospitalityModBase)
HugsLib.HugsLibController:OnDefsLoaded()
ThingDef TP_Unstable_Muscular_Mechanites_MK_One has no thingClass. This is a misconfiguration in Prostheses+.

After reinstalling the game, removing all mod CFGs, and reinstalling Rocketman/Prepatcher it seems that the error has finally gone.
I am really confused, I think it might 've been a bad update really confusing
