[Solved] is Halo Sun like the vanilla artifical sun?
Edith: it is probably a minor soft conflict with Luke's Nuclear Energy Mod . The mod author will be informed

Hey , I just built the Halo Sun but I am not sure how to use it. Do I have to place solar panels inside the "dome" or outside?

Because it doesn't produce any power^^

It should work the same as the Artificial Sun, but with no need for water and give 200 power

hmm I have built inside and outside the Halo Sun large solar panels but they are turned down

You shouldnt be able to build anything at all in the building, it shall give you 200 power on completed construction.
I reuploaded the mod see if it solves the issue because I don't have this issue myself. But since I last updated the mod they have released 2 hotfixes that might have had an impact on the mod.

Unfortunately not. :/ After I turn it off and on again the "sun" , the yellow ball in the center, lights up and then off for a second.

Do you think it might be a mod conflct? Here is the log [pastebin.com]

These two mods have a lot of LUA Errors in the log you showed me:

LUA Error 1582566695 - 401 - LukeH's Base Additions

LUA Error 1524654007 - 45 - Show Resource Overview

Try disable them and test again.

Yeah, thanks for the hint, it is probably Luke's Nuclear Energy mod which adds nuclear fuel as consumption for energy buildings like the Artifical Sun Wonder.

When I disabled this mod it produces 200 Energy as intended.
