Russian is done.
French is done - courtesy of El Tyranos.

Note: you may need to add a "mena" entry to your localization if it's not translated properly in vanilla. It means "Middle East / North Africa", there is one background with this name. In Russian it was simply "mena" instead.

- Completed the missing parts of translation
