How do aggression points work and what are they used for?
Could this info please be added to the mod description?

Aggression points determine if a settlement can send a unit to engage the player (caravan or colony). When a settlement generates a unit with a destination of the player, then that settlement's aggression points resets to 0 and the player gains a certain amount of aggression points. Settlements that have fewer aggression points than the minimum points needed to attack the player cannot generate a unit with the player as the target.

The feature is there to limit how often the player can be attacked.

OK. So the player can't really use them I guess?
