Question about factions attacking each other

Loading In

I have a bug that only happens on my desktop, if i try and load a manual save, the world map generates in blank, but, if I load into the preceding autosace, everything is absolutely fine, no err codes or anything, just "what to do with the faction" for each faction (can't add them in) and then "you win!" message appears.
