I was having problems with about 1 - 5 hours after you start a settlement and you start building and then you look at the map for the first time and immediately 1 or more faction capitals have just been wiped off the map and I couldn't find a real easy way to get them back but I figured out the solution?


The problem lies with the settings of rimwar, If you set the event periods and the event frequency to be too fast then factions might just have a all out war at the first hour seemingly? You might just need to fix your rimwar setting for the start of the game and then edit them afterwards.
