Incompatibility with Vanilla Achievements

I believe this mod is causing vanilla achievements to not allow summoning caravans or raids. I havent done much tested but the incident became disabled after enabling this mod for the first time.

To fix the issue go to the Rim War settings and uncheck Restrict events. I had the same issue.
