Attacking hostile caravans
I was in front of a hostile caravan, and I selected to attack the enemy caravan. It had a low value, so I was certain I'd win.
My caravan stopped in front of theirs and started waiting, the enemy caravan went right through my caravan, and nothing happened. I clicked attack enemy caravan several times, but nothing happened.
The enemy caravan just ignored me and went out of my range.
How do I attack an enemy caravan?

Probably mod conflict. What's mod uses? Mod "More Faction Interaction" is broken with rimwar.

Faced with the same problem.
In my case (ver 1.4 + HSK + 100 other mods), the error was caused by the RimNauts 2 mod.
After disabling it (disabling it in the midgame is generally safe) I was able to attack caravans.
If it helped someone, write here and I will ask the mod authors to indicate that these mods have a compatibility issues.
