Rim War - performance impact
I was recently cleaning up my mod list from my last game in preparation for a new one, and the overall performance of Rimworld was one of the things I am trying to pay attention to. I ran across the following spreadsheet which lists mods which can have overly detrimental effects on game performance, and noticed Rim War was on it, alarmingly in the "Grade 3" classification.

My last game I installed Rim War about halfway through, and didn't really avail myself of the features it added. Nor did I see a huge decline in performance, though overall it was only installed for ~10 to 20 hours of play, and no factions appeared to "go to war" during that time.

I'm a bit curious what the Rim War team has to say about the performance impact noted on that spreadsheet for the mod - whether it holds water or is a bogus concern. The mod was last tested on Aug 15 of this year.

I'll probably forge ahead with Rim War installed for the new game since I really liked what I saw in the small time I had it going. But I do plan on using very large maps, and building at least one large colony (if not 2-3), so any mods which hammer the game are a big consideration.

Thanks for any clarification on it you can give.
